Athanasios Tryfinopoulos

Currently in Brussels doing a Master in Management of Cultural sector at the ULB. Also, graduate student of History and Archeology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. Passionate to learn and be a part of cultural world.

During my academic studies, I completed many internships in various museums and cultural institutions, such as the Momus-Museum of Modern Art in Thessaloniki (Greece), the Balkan Museum, the War Museum of Thessaloniki and in some temporary exhibitions, as an assistant of the curators and the managers of the collections, as well as a guide tour.

Strong support professional, currently doing a Master in Cultural Management at Université Libre de Bruxelles. Holding already a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Archeology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), with experience in exhibition curating and guiding tour. During my bachelor studies, I was dedicated to archaeological and cultural domain, focusing on different periods during the four years of the program, such as Prehistoric, Ancient Greek, Byzantine, Hellenistic and Roman, as well as Modern and Contemporary art. Being motivated to continue my studies at a higher level and get in touch with other orientations of the culture and the management of this field, I enrolled myself in the Master of Cultural Management in the “Université Libre de Bruxelles”, where after the first semester I have studied different aspects of culture such as legal, marketing, economic, fiscal, accounting and cultural policies.
