In addition to my years of experience, I have strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow me to adapt to any group or situation.  Abilities in bidding process management, pricing structure determination, systematic follow up of suppliers that avoids communication breakdown.  This strategic planning has also helped me to build relationships and achieve results.
