Because of my creative personality and eye for detail, I went to art school from an early age and took both visual and digital classes. My involvement in my faculty's theater company, where I played the drums and managed costumes, underscores my commitment to artistic expression and appreciation for teamwork. Next to creativity, I find fulfillment in helping others, for example through volunteering in animal shelters. This passion reflects my broader beliefs of prioritizing social well-being and attributes to my interest in the biomedical field. With my adventurous spirit, I am drawn to challenges as reflected in various experiences such as exchange programs, volunteering, years in the youth movement, and studies abroad. Based on my dedication and adaptability, I am looking forward to the practical approach and elaboration of projects in multidisciplinary teams. I am eager to utilize my analytical and diverse skills to contribute meaningfully to advanced research and development projects with social and humanitarian impacts.

I recently graduated but I have done several student jobs for example as a math tutor, driver, and warehouseman.

I graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in engineering science at KULeuven. Afterward, I followed a master's degree in biomedical engineering at KULeuven, which I graduated cum laude as well. Finally, I studied at UPC in Barcelona where I obtained a master's degree in advanced studies in design.
