All my career has been in the Localization industry and I can surely say that I live and breathe it extensively in all its shapes. I have twenty years of experience in the combination of Project and Program Management.

In my last role, I managed large accounts in various Industrial and IT technology industries as well as furniture (with one of your major clients) and consumer devices, enabling a team of ten project managers to deliver their best performances within an international, multicultural and cross-disciplined environment. In such environments, communication, collaboration and organisation are essential skills that require conciseness, extensive planning, and flexibility to deliver results across the organization and over to customers and suppliers.
The customer base I have worked with includes the top-notch technology organizations where speed and quality are normal requirements, as they all move in agile processes with very tight deadlines, and that demands a highly organized structure that coordinates across different functions to deliver very high quality services, which in turn need to be certified by the latest ISO certifications. All these customers require specific KPIs which are reported to them in meetings on regular basis, and corrections and innovations are part of the same constant reports which are normally enabled by the technologies used to deliver the same services.
