My experience includes quality assurance roles in ISO-certified cheese factories, third-party food safety auditing (ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC, ISO 9001), and regulatory work as a State Inspector. I have also led staff training, internal audits, and compliance reporting across various sectors, including industrial catering and animal feed.

I am an experienced Agriculturist and Food Scientist, holding two Master’s degrees from the Agricultural University of Athens—one in Food Science & Human Nutrition and another specialising in Integrated Dairy Production Management.

Through my latest Master’s thesis, I conducted in-depth research on the bioactive properties of goat milk and colostrum, utilizing ELISA and gas chromatography—methods central to dairy analysis. I am particularly passionate about applying scientific insight to real-world food systems, ensuring both innovation and safety.
