I am a Biotechnology graduate with a PhD in Biology. For the past several years I have been working in Polish Academy of Sciences as a research assistant and then a researcher. I have developed a strong background in the Life Sciences. My laboratory work was focused on various aspects of immunology. I have a lot of experience with gathering and analyzing data, compilation of the necessary information from variety of sources and writing publications. I am experienced in managing and organizing data in a way that allows for accurate and timely reporting. I am accustomed to a fast-paced environment where deadlines are a priority. As a researcher I often worked independently without direct supervision or encouragement. During my work I was building up a lot of networking within the community of professionals. As a result, I succeeded in building up and leading formal project teams. All the above allowed me to organize my work as well as adjust to the needs of effective cooperation. I am familiar with GCP and I am currently completing the course"Interpretation and Application of ICH E6".
