Results-driven Monitoring and Evaluation specialist, biostatistician, and data scientist with a master's degree in Statistics and Data Science, and a bachelor of mathematics and statistics. I have 6 years of practical work experience in research and leading the Monitoring & evaluation of different projects funded by PEPFAR, USAID, and Global Fund.

 I possess advanced skills in data analysis and statistical modeling, with a focus on solving complex problems across various fields, including economic and social development, health, agriculture, value chain enhancement, and climate change mitigation and adaptation. I am well experienced and competent in program management and coordination, development of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks, project performance tracking using an Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT), development of M&E Plans and Indicator Reference Sheets, and creation of interactive dashboards to track performance. 

I am skilled in R programming, SAS, SPSS, Neo4j, DHIS2 health systems, USSD applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various data visualization tools. I combine solid technical abilities with excellent communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and time management.

 I have a track record of writing excellent project reports to the extent that have led my organization to the receipt of an award for best narrative report by USAID for 2 consecutive financial years. Apart from that, I documented a success story that was adjudged as the best success story out of the 25 most significant change stories from 7 members of the project consortium.

2021 –2022 Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (USAID ACHIEVE Project)

 – Coordinated data management using the DHIS2 system and USSD application

 – Supported regular data collection through implementing partners (IP)

 – Facilitated Data Quality Assessment (DQA) through random verification and validation

 – Overseeing monitoring and evaluation activities in supported councils i.e.; Prepare plans, budget and coordinate all field logistics – Conducted data analysis and visualization to promote data use

 Thesis: The use of survival analysis for the determination of the performance of solar cookers in Africa. 

– The findings can be used as a basis to conduct future experiments, construct new prototypes using locally available materials, and optimize the current prototypes.

 – The findings will promote the use of alternative renewable energy, promote sustainable energy solutions, improve access to clean cooking technology, and enhance livelihoods.
