Marketing Manager Benelux & Nordics, CARTIER

Lead, define and implement the Global Fragrance and Eyewear marketing strategy in 5 countries of the Benelux & Nordic region. Drive the categories in the Wholesale, Retail and E-com networks through efficient local action plans and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize sales performances, elevate brand awareness and deliver client experience. Reporting to Country Manager.

• Build and write business review and 2-years strategic plans from marketing, communication, retail, education perspectives. Contribute to sales, finance, HR ambitions. Presentation to the EXCO
• Implement and orchestrate the 360°marketing roadmap (trade, communication, events, VM, merchandising, training, animation, sampling) Ensure a perfect brand image and visual merchandising off/online
• Monitor MarCom budget (A&P/S&D) ensuring P&L balance Build accurate forecasts (sales & POSM)
