I am a Canadian/Romanian Citizen with Belgian residency and a Belgian B drivers license. I have experience as a Lot Manager, Inventory Photographer, B2C Automotive Sales Associate for multiple brands (BMW, Ford, FCA) and B2B Vehicle Distributer within a dealer group in Canada.  In my most recent position I was contracted to design a process management system to manage interaction between main and sub contractors working through a third party application. My secondary responsibilities included client management, situation control, and restructuring work planning for clients in complex work environments. 

Although most of my experience in Belgium has been in the construction management sector, my passion has always been in the automotive sector and I am very interested in getting back to doing what I know and love.

• Collaborated on the design of an internal operating system for the various contractor teams using the Oktopro platform
• Worked closely with clients to develop a customizable framework for their sales, production, installation, and completion processes
• Moderated discussions with the software developers and communicated effectively to improve the functionality of the program

• Managed 3 teams consisting of 4 construction labourers and often joined one of the teams to work alongside in priority projects
