Gilles Frederickx

I am Gilles Frederickx, a biochemistry graduate from KU Leuven, with a Master’s in Biophysics, Biochemistry and Biotechnology. Through my bachelor and master theses, as well as my research internship, I gained hands-on experience in chemical biology, fluorescence microscopy, proteomics, and protein–ligand interactions. These projects strengthened my curiosity for life sciences and sparked my passion for research with potential impact in health and sustainability.

Beyond the lab, I enjoy sports and traveling, which broaden my perspective and inspire me to keep learning from new cultures and environments. I see myself as eager to grow, willing to take on challenges, and committed to contributing my skills and knowledge to meaningful scientific projects.

I have no work experience only student jobs.
