Over Ino Karella:
With over 20 years of experience as a Creative Art Director and Senior Concept Artist, I have had the privilege of shaping visual worlds for global studios such as EA Games in Los Angeles (Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault and European Assault, The Lord of the Rings, Command & Conquer: Tiberium Wars), as well as leading creative direction for companies including Icon-Gaming, CMore (Bonnier Broadcasting/Telia), and Novibet (Red Tiger & Pragmatic).
My expertise spans the full creative pipeline—from character design and concept art to production paintings and team leadership. I thrive at imagining and developing compelling concepts and characters, then guiding teams to bring them to life across games, interactive platforms, and immersive experiences.
In recent years, I have directed the end-to-end creation of both original IP and commissioned projects, ensuring high-quality, visually engaging outcomes.
Beyond games, my portfolio includes published book illustrations, promotional comics, event mockups, exhibition art direction, storyboarding and technical drawings for marine archaeologists. This variety of experience has given me versatility, adaptability, and the ability to deliver creative solutions tailored to diverse industries.
I would be excited to bring this mix of creative vision, hands-on artistry, and leadership to your team.
