I have developed my skills as an Export Compliance Specialist through various experiences in academia and industry. My journey began with a PhD at the University of Liege, where I gained a deep understanding of export control, sanctions, and embargo laws. Building on this academic experience, I worked at Imec in Leuven, where I maintained compliance policies, conducted regular risk assessments, and collaborated with various business units to enhance export control processes. My most recent position was as a Senior Associate in PwC Belgium's Customs and Export Controls Advisory team.

PhD in Political and Social Sciences, the topic is on the Politico-economic aspects of strategic trade control in Central Asian countries.
