Given the recent recapitalization/reorganization and collective dismissal process at Biocartis, with a significant impact on my role as well as strategy implementation, I am looking for a new job opportunity. I am immediately available.

Strategic planning and project leadership is my passion and has been a constant throughout my career so far.

• Strategic Planning and Project Portfolio Management. As a member of the Biocartis Leadership Team, I was accountable for strategic planning and project portfolio management for new product development as well as continuous improvement projects : 
  • I facilitated the development of the strategy implementation plan in collaboration with the executive team, and the translation thereof into a corporate project portfolio and yearly goals and objectives. 
  • I chaired project portfolio boards and coordinated the business review process, led project prioritization as well as project progress reporting, and in that accountability provided important insights and leadership support to the Biocartis executive team. 
  • I closely collaborated with Finance on the yearly budget cycle and long-term financial plan.
• People Management. I have led diverse cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, in Belgium, US and Japan. 
• Budget Management. I have managed both OPEX and CAPEX of the departments as well as programs I was accountable for.
• PM center of excellence.  I have established Project Management Offices and project portfolio governance frameworks with related standardized processes, metrics, and tools, at both Innogenetics and Biocartis.
• Project/Program Management. 
  • I have an extensive track record in IVD project/program management (NPD and CDx) through the different stages of the design control process from product design up to market launch, all of these in a strictly regulated environment. 
  • I have led strategic continuous improvement projects i.e. the set-up of a consignment stock model to optimize partner revenue recognition, and the transformation into the new Biocartis' operating model in the second half of 2023.
