I am an IT generalist with 29+ project management experience in an International and global context.  I have had the opportunity to work for and in a large number of industries.  

I have built migration, transformation and communication plans and did coordination of those projects for large international organisations (like: Manpower BeLux, EuroControl Belgium, Henkel Germany, Vodafone Germany, HP Brussels, J&J Belgium, CGI Germany, Proximus Belgium). This comes with risk assessment, mitigation and adequate control and quality checks and reporting.  Many of these projects were in an outsourcing context.

Since 2006 I focus and leverage expertise in the ITSM domain.  Certified in the ITIL V2 framework, bridging to ITIL V3 in 2009.

My strong analysis skills allow me to quickly pick up new content.  My pragmatic mind keeps focused on what matters. Being a people manager and coach, I quickly collaborate and communicate efficiently with people at all levels of the client organization and their partner organizations in mixed culture collaboration. I have created Business decisions papers and presented and advised  senior management.

My ADKAR certification (PROSCI) allows me to manage organizational change better and in a structured way.
