Marc Boeykens

As an experienced leader with a thorough analytical mind, I’m always looking for business opportunities. Through many years of work experience, I have a wide range of qualifications which are important to take well thought decisions. In addition, I’ve built up a methodical expertise around the entire management and project processes. This results in a more helicopter approach to overlook situations and problems from multiple angles. Currently I have the lead within a multinational and this for the complete transformation phase. My current position as an ad interim stops end of this year. As from January 2024 I’m fulltime available as freelance/interim manager.  So, I’m open for new opportunities. Furthermore,  I’m used to work with smaller as well bigger groups and with cross functional Business Units. 

Additionally, I want to point out that whatever we do in business, we need to count on our people, which brings me to my people management capabilities to motivate all departments and all levels. Personally, I’m a very positive energetic person and I love to spread that vibe towards the peoples around me. This in combination with many years of general leadership and always approaching problems with a positive solution mindset makes me hungry to affect this drive to others. Furthermore, there are certainly additional positive assets I have due to my very broad knowledge in various sectors on different levels and on several departments. 

Please don’t hesitate to check my background because I’ve worked in several manufacturing areas. In top of my day job, I worked for years within the Red Cross as a local area chairman. This off course on a voluntary base. For this I had many contacts with local governments, child related help organizations, elderly homes and so on and of course the tasks which everybody knows.  

Constantly searching for opportunities and daring to challenge processes ensures that a clear picture will raise and which I will trigger if needed. For me it’s like a second nature. By continuously comparing all data on a critical and analytical approach, makes it possible to improve the set-up KPI’s. Other strong assets are my knowledge in several domains like safety, HR and organization, quality, warehouse management, logistics with off course the intension to solve recurring root causes. This with the help of the well-known tools in problem solving and lean management in all its aspects. Not to forget people management because it all starts with our people, and they are very important to me. Especially in the current strange times we’re into. Which brings me to my broad knowledge in different domains to obtain an appropriate screening of potential new gains.
