Muhammad Ejaz Asghar

I have been working as a Art Director at Digitz-Digitas (A Publicis Groupe Company) for past 4.5 years where I have been working as Lead Designer for The Coca-Cola Company (Consumer brands and Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability for Pakistan and EME region) . My focus has been on client communication for design briefs, campaign strategy and art styles, but I also help other team members in all areas of designing execution, and visual communication for the brand. My goal is to mentor and lead world-class teams of creatives and designers in developing and launching unique, emotionally rich designs, and consumer marketing experiences. An experienced Graphic Designer and Motion Design artist, who brings his combined background in design & animation to every digital as well as print design effort, I have spearheaded successful campaigns in Healthcare, Telecommunication, Sports, FMCG, Banking, and Automobile markets for such clients as The Coca-Cola Company, Nestle, Asian Development Bank, Zong, CCL Pharma, Systems, Haval and more. I also lead Digitz-Digitas vision, develop client-workplace culture, and oversee crucial strategic and creative output. I am proud of attracting, hiring, and building a world-class design team at Digitz-Digitas, and I love unlocking the creative potential in others. I am well versed and familiar with project management and communications tools including but not limited to Slack, Trello, Asana and more. I am a strategic thinker and I have a knack for seeing the big picture. I understand the importance of thinking outside the box and coming up with creative solutions to problems. I also have a strong understanding of the creative process and I know how to manage and motivate a team of deisgners. My strengths include conceptualizing ideas, managing teams of designers, and meeting deadlines. I am confident that my experience will allow me to contribute positively to your company’s goals.

As an experienced designer, I am proud to have contributed my skills and creativity to The Coca-Cola Company's contextual day toolkits for International Women's Day, Global Recycling Day, and World Water Day. My work was adapted in the EME region and received high praise for its effectiveness in conveying the message of each contextual day. I am thrilled to have worked for such a prominent global brand and look forward to bringing my skills to a new challenge in the design industry.
