Experienced in international event and project management, specializing in logistical solutions and team coordination – my academic background is expressed through a BA in International Event Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences. I honed my leadership skills and worked operationally for Isfield Hospitality Agency during the Summer Olympics. In addition, I expanded my business acumen through a professional business management training.

With professional experiences from the NATO sport centre as a receptionist to representing Isfield Hospitality Agency for the Winter Olympics in 2018 and Summer Olympics of 2021 & 2024, I've cultivated strong coordination skills. Recently, I've contributed my competencies as a Recruiting Coordinator for Bain & Company in Brussels, before moving on to being the new Logistics and Event Manager at De Haene Catering. 

Known for being innovative, analytical, and project-driven, I am well-versed in English and French with basics in Spanish.

As a passionate and dynamic professional in event and logistics management, I bring several years of experience coordinating high-profile international projects within the hospitality, luxury, and corporate sectors. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in International Event Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences, I have built a career focused on organization, client relations, and operational excellence.

My professional journey has included key roles with renowned organizations such as Isfield Hospitality Agency, Bain & Company, Profirst, and Traiteur De Haene. I have successfully managed complex logistics for global sporting events such as the Olympic Games (PyeongChang 2018, Tokyo 2021, and Paris 2024), coordinated recruitment operations for a leading consulting firm, and contributed to event projects for luxury brands including Loewe, and Massimo Dutti, as well as the INDITEX group.

Currently serving as Event and Logistics Manager at Traiteur De Haene, I oversee operational planning, client communication, and on-site team coordination for luxury catering events in Brussels. Alongside my professional experience, I am also co-founder of Maquis, a cosmetics and wellness brand dedicated to natural and essential oil–based products.

Fluent in French and English, with working proficiency in Spanish, I thrive in multicultural and fast-paced environments. My strengths lie in project management, organizational strategy, and interpersonal communication, combined with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Event Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences (2015–2020), where I developed a strong foundation in project management, operational strategy, marketing, and event logistics. This program allowed me to combine organizational rigor with creativity, preparing me to manage complex international events with precision and adaptability.

My academic path began at the European School of Brussels I, where I earned the European Baccalaureate (2002–2015). During these formative years, I was deeply engaged in student life — serving as a class delegate for five years, vice-president of the student committee, and member of the canteen and event committees — experiences that strengthened my leadership and teamwork skills from an early age.

In addition to my academic studies, I pursued specialized professional training to expand my expertise. In 2023–2024, I completed a professional event management program with Profirst in Rixensart, Belgium. This six-month training combined theoretical and practical experience, including projects for renowned luxury and fashion brands such as Bulgari, Loewe, and Massimo Dutti, as well as the Helmut Newton Expo in La Coruña, Spain.

Earlier in my career, I also obtained a Professional Aromatherapy Consultant diploma (2020), following a certification program focused on the use and application of essential oils and natural ingredients. This training nurtured my interest in well-being and natural products — an area I later explored through my entrepreneurial project, Maquis, a cosmetics and wellness brand.
