I use to work independently, but it doesn't mean I'm working alone. I'm a strong team player who wants to drive team up with an entrepreneurship and dynamic mindset. My various experience very teaches me to be organized and to jungle between priorities on different projects. I'm curious and I like to learn, routine is not part of my life journey. I feel the most comfortable in an ambitious, creative and growing company to feel fully part of the project.

I have diverse and more than 5 years experiences as mechanical + industrial designer and project engineer in different environment:
- from a multi-national automotive company with very high requirement in design to cost and design to manufacturing in a very high volume of production
- to a start-up of dozens of people and a very large scope of work (3D design, supplier monitoring, part and mold validation) with very high requirement in quality and rendering/aspect in a medium volume of production.

5 years of experience in product development:

• Collaborate with stakeholder
• 3D design (mechanical and industrial design with high aspect requirement)
• Build a technical relationship with supplier
• Work with and drive a technical team (mechanical and industrial designer, electronics and manufacturing)
• Optimize design to optimize quality and manufacturability to reach the lowest production but also life cost (maintenance, reparability, assembly,…)
• Identify and manage project risk
• Collect strongness and weakness of the team and share my own ones to be the most complementary

Master degree's in mechanical design and product development in a apprenticeship training during 3 years (half working half studying)

• Learn to use tools to design and optimize (Design and FEA analysis)
• Learn manufacturing process
• Learn project management via different project at school but also at work
• Studying in the same time than working to apply theory to practice and inversely
