Piotr Zamisnii

Piotr Zamisnii is a highly skilled and experienced project and risk manager in the financial industry, banking, insurance and payments. With expertise in credit and liquidity risk management, banking operations processes, liquidity risk management, CRR, IFRS9 implementation, he also managed projects in ESG, sustainability and climate risk, and stress testing. 

Piotr has extensive experience in IT systems implementation for credit risk management and ALM, and in business analysis of banking operations in areas such as underwriting, collections, and payments. He has CRO-level management experience in strategic and operational risk management, team management, change management, credit and operational policy development, and reporting and control across the whole credit cycle. He has experience working with fintech and regtech companies and have a significant project and program management experience and extensive knowldge of Agile framework. 

In addition, he has expertise in the development of banking digitalization strategy, big data management and implementation of various data management solutions, anti-fraud and compliance projects, regulatory reporting, BCBS 239, IFRS9 and IFRS17 implementation. He is an expert user of specialized tools and platforms in risk management, including SAS, SQL, Python, and R, and has an agile project management expertise.
