I do enjoy working with and for progressing associations/organizations and love to be able to come up with timely and creative solutions to any problems that might arise along the way.
The different positions throughout my career in international associations, event - tradeshow management, marketing, communication and operations made me an allrounder who loves to empower people and new initiatives. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:
I can successfully create, scale and optimize events (from 10 to 10.000 people), operations (increased profitability), partnership (developed new programs) and marketing activities (high customer satisfaction):
- I put the client (member/partner) at the heart of I all do by connecting the right content with the right people at the right time
- I excel at execution of big ideas with given constraints and find the right partners
- My gut instinct is good but I seek data/science for my decisions
- I’m compelled to meet and exceed goals and deadlines with effective research, planning and implementation
- I'm interested in many things and have a curious nature and I am constantly learning because I never settle.
