  • study on fruit beverages and food fermentation, as well as physical, chemical, microbiological, composition analysis, and products shelf-life.
• QA/QC supervisor in food industry for 3 years:
  • responsible for document controlled 
  • create, modify and update record form based on food quality and safety requirement 
  • responsible for checking, inspecting and testing (physical, chemical, microbiological and document supports), and preparing document for customer
  • support internal and external qualification audit 
  • make non-conforming report, check and follow-up the corrective action

• Practical Microbiological testing on food
• ISO22000:2018 & GMP/HACCP Requirement, Interpretation and Internal Audit 
• BRC Issue 8 Awareness, Interpretation and Internal Audit Technique
