Work in Committees: ITRE, AFET, JURI. Duties included a follow-up on various topics and preparation of amendments. 
Delegations: Delegation to the Euronest; Delegation to the EU-Armenia, the EU-Azerbaijan and the EU-Georgia.
Coordination: visitor groups agenda, trainees, working groups
Events organization:  Organised apprx. 35 events (conferences, workshops, round tables, organization of cultural activities and study trips)  over 8 years. Handled the planning, production, execution, and follow-up for all events.Planned, created and managed creative ideas for event delivery, supported the design of poster creation. Provided the onsite support during the event, including meeting VIP guests, made sure the agenda run smoothly. Jumped in with the translation when required. Handled emergencies. Coordinated online events. Worked directly in Zoom. Ensured delivery of a high-quality event.

Onderwijs

Acted as a responsible person for the direction and coordination of special relations between the Special Representation and Members of the European parliament.
Provided political advise on the functioning of the European Institutions, especially the European parliament.
Planned, coordinated, implemented and evaluated a Strategy towards the European parliament's activity. Close follow-up on legislative files from LIBE Committee, and the EU Commission.
Maintained, developed and strongly engaged with assistants and MEPs from the EU Parliament.

Represented INTERPOL at number of meetings. 
Monitored JHA files at the EU, including legislative proposals in the Area of Justice and Home Affairs.
Drafted correspondence to partners and stakeholders / governmental bodies including INTERPOL / networking with these institutions. 
Conducted research and stay up to date on the EU files on police and border management initiatives.
Ensured regular reporting, including regular updates, preparation of reports, internal memorandums.
Liaised with key INTERPOL partners in Brussels, including Embassies and organizations such as the European Parliament, European Commission, European Council and NATO. 
Arranged 37 meetings over 5 months, developed internal manual as well as the Strategic paper towards the Engagement with the European institutions, produced papers, reports, memos, gathered the intelligence.
Ensured close cooperation with the Special Representative of INTERPOL to the EU.
Topics: development of intern-institutional relationships, transatlantic relations , security, defense, foreign affairs, various types of crimes.
My work is INTERPOL was a substitute of a person on sick leave. After the person has recovered, the work ended.
