With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, I bring a robust foundation in synthetic methodology, reaction optimization, and mechanistic insight—skills honed through intensive academic research focused on the design and synthesis of novel organic compounds. My doctoral work emphasized complex multi-step synthesis, advanced purification strategies, and comprehensive structural elucidation, all directly relevant to small molecule drug development.

This scientific foundation is enriched by cross-sector experience in both cosmetic formulation and pharmaceutical consultancy. As R&D Manager at Rebel Nature, I led innovative product development projects, translating scientific concepts into consumer-ready formulations and aligning diverse stakeholders around technical milestones.

Currently, at Advipro, I contribute to GxP-compliant pharmaceutical operations, applying my analytical mindset to support validation activities, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance within the life sciences sector. My interdisciplinary background allows me to connect molecular-level understanding with regulatory and operational frameworks in drug development.

Oversee cosmetic formulation projects from inception to completion and manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. Lead innovation, foster cross-department collaboration, and manage projects and teams to develop products that meet market and client demands. Engage with clients and stakeholders to inform, gather feedback and conduct price benchmarking for cost optimization.

 As an R&D Chemist, I was responsible for developing innovative cosmetic formulations and chemical processes, overseeing scale-up from laboratory to large-scale production, and ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing. I collaborated with multiple departments, including QA/QC and production teams, to optimize efficiency and scalability of products in factory settings.

As a Ph.D. Candidate in Organic Chemistry, I conducted advanced research on small-molecule synthesis and transition metal-catalyzed reactions, and developed novel chemical processes. My work also included publishing findings in peer reviewed scientific journals and mentoring junior researchers, fostering both scientific innovation and academic growth.
