I am passionate about creativity and the art of storytelling, aiming to create impactful productions. By leveraging innovative resources, I craft (branded) communication projects that truly matter.

From strategic briefings to surprising concepts and campaigns, I love to make the real feel polished and the scripted feel authentic.

With over 22 years experience in the television and the creative communication industry I have excellent knowledge and background on creative concepts, strategy, content and production (above and below the line, animation, broadcast, commercial and documentary filmmaking, online marketing, photography, print and social media content). I worked as an art director, copywriter, creative director, creative producer and screenwriter for major agencies, production companies and brands.​

Ervaring

My career has been an organic blend of creative exploration and deep involvement in production and post-production. From art direction to creative direction and production, I’ve immersed myself in every aspect of the creative and production process across various brands. Through this journey, I’ve learned that genuine creativity and exceptional execution thrive when creative management is rooted in authenticity and effective communication.

At Gang and StoryMe, I’ve collaborated with exceptional teams to craft narratives in film, 2D and 3D animation and motion design that resonates with audiences. While my role as Creative Director involved guiding creative visions, I maintained a hands-on approach to production and post-production to ensure every project detail, from audio to visual aesthetics, reflected the narrative’s freshness.

I love taking a more active role in the whole creative and production process and experimenting with new technologies. I aim to create an environment where creativity thrives organically and teams are feeling comfortable to go all in to deliver the best creative with the most impact within the constraints of the project.

I constantly try to focus on improving processes and mentoring my team. The more you lead and inspire, the better your team will get. I make optimization a priority, and unburden myself making smart use of Artificial Intelligence so that I can work smarter, faster and get back precious hours of the day.

I’ve realized that my best work as a Creative Director was possible when working closely with talented creative and technical teams, particularly with producers or project managers who deeply understand the craft and production aspects necessary to bring creative visions to life.

I grew up in Brussels in a multilingual community, and my French, English, and Dutch are at a professional level (mi español es suficiente para expresarme).

I am available for part-time, full-time, or freelance opportunities and am committed to contributing to meaningful, high-end projects. Flexibility is important to me as I explore various avenues to make a significant impact.
