Vebim is a small sized company that deals in secondhand used woodworking machines.
My function title at Vebim is a mouth full and describes more or less what I do.

Sales, Purchase & IT

In the purchase part I'm responsable to search for available machines in the market.
- Locate the machines our customers are looking for
- Inspect the machines
- Negotiate with the existing owner

In sales I'm taking care of all the requests outside Belgium
- Define the correct machine for the job at hand
- Inform customer about possible solutions
- Negotiate with customer until suitable solution/machine is found
- Follow up from testing until delivery/installation

To make the above possible a certain amount of IT is involved which is also part of my job
- Creation/maintenance of program for:
* Inserting machines into system (description, pictures, ...)
* Automatic creation of offers local or initiated from website
* Creation of all required documents for sale (order confirmation, invoice, ...)
- Maintenance of internal sales tools to connect available machines to active requests
- Maintenance of program for internal production flow
