OF THE TASKS

The following tasks will be performed:

Design systems management solutions for an install base of more than 40k computers, more specifically:

- design solutions for the secure deployment of operating systems to computers both on premise and via the cloud for remote workers
- design solutions for quickly and securely patching systems both on premise and via the cloud for remote workers

In the event of continued remote working making sure the solutions don't overload the existing network infrastructure
Integrate endpoint security solutions on computers
IT Project management for Commissionwide workplace infrastructure projects
Collaboration with other departments of the Commission

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Master's Degree of 5 years.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

General knowledge and skills:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, to help develop creative and practical solutions
Experience in managing ICTrelated Projects
The ability to work in a proactive and independent manner, with a focus on priorities, communication, and decisionmaking capacities
Good organization, coordination, and planning skills with a high degree of drive and desire to empower ICT change and evolution
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to audiences ranging from senior management to technology specialists

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
At least one of the proposed profiles obtain following specific expertise for the performance of tasks:

Client operating systems, Windows, Linux
On premise Microsoft server technologies
Cloud services (O365, Azure, AWS) mores specifically services related to systems management
Remote working solution based on VPN or other technologies
Directory, Authentication and federation protocols
PKI and Encryption solutions
Very good knowledge of the following Java SE and JavaEE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, Quartz, Maven, JSF, JSP, Lombok, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Eureka and Netflix Zuul (microservices)
Good knowledge of Python, Flask. and use of A.I. Frameworks
Good knowledge of.

NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework,.NET MVC, WPF

Very good knowledge of Front-End Dev such as HTML, CSS and Vanilla JavaScript. Angular.

React

Very good knowledge of Database such as PL/SQL language under Oracle, MySQL, H2, PostgreSQL, SQL Server; NoSQL Databases
Mongodb and Neo4j
Very good knowledge of DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
Microcontroller programming knowledge with embedded C, ECU architectures with AUTOSAR
