For the new innovative CAR-T project, we are currently in the project phase.

A growing team of passionate colleagues is working on building the new site in Ghent, developing and fine-tuning all the tools, processes and procedures that will ensure a super-reliable, safe and efficient production process.

This function is mainly situated in Ghent. Combinations with working from home or Beerse can be discussed.

Role and responsibilities:

Together with your colleagues, you will immerse yourself in the entire warehouse process and build up thorough expertise.
You will contribute to the development of new processes, material flows, procedures and work instructions. You also help to provide training on these with a view to successful implementation.
You represent warehouse operations in the development and implementation of the necessary IT systems.
In various warehouse operationsrelated fields, you will work on everything that is necessary for a successful startup: compliance, equipment validation, daily planning and coordination, material flows, samples, waste processing, etc.
In this way, you will contribute to a successful startup, and acquire the necessary knowledge and expertise to lead larger projects or grow into your next exciting role.

Qualifications:

You have a master's degree, preferably in an engineering or supply chain field.
You like to tread new paths, to make full use of your knowledge and experience, but also to broaden it, so that new problems get an appropriate solution.
You see and seek opportunities, even when they are not immediately obvious.
You like to work together towards a common goal.
You see diversity as an asset.
