About the role


As an assistant in the Retail team and office manager of our Antwerp office, you will join a team of professionals that advise retailers (local & international brands) and landlords for letting & sales transactions in different segments: high streets real estate, shopping centers, out of town locations.

You will be based in Antwerp and report to the head of the retail team.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Screening incoming telephone calls, dealing with queries and enquiries or referring callers to the managers
  • Drawing up brochures of rental/sales files of retail properties, determining mailings and followup, drawing up contractual documents, following up rental and sales deals
  • Preparing internal and external documents, i.e. marketing mailings, PowerPoint presentations, reporting documents in Word, Excel spreadsheets, leads, expansion plans etc.
  • Managing figures and incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Managing and updating our Database

Your profile

  • You have a high school or bachelor diploma
  • You have a first successful experience in a similar position
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French, spoken and written

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
