Key tasks & activities


As an SAP HR consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in SAP HR implementation or transformation projects as a functional and/or technical SAP consultant.

You will be responsible for supporting our clients in maintaining, transforming (to S4 f.ex.) and implementing their SAP HR landscape, taking into account the integrations with other systems.


  • You have handson experience in implementing multiple SAP HR modules (both R3 and S4)
  • You are fascinated by core HR processes (such as Master Data, payroll, Time) and you have a general understanding of the enterprise HR functions
  • You are stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organized and communicative
  • You have a strong conceptual way of thinking
  • Your customer and solutionoriented attitude has be proven in multiple successful implementations

As a plus you have:

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Fiori or ABAP
  • Experience with data migration and data governance in SAP HR environment
