Talencia Consulting is currently looking for a Service Desk Agent or one of renowned clients.

Contract duration: 6 months + extensions (long term visibility)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Service Now or other ticketing systems
Knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of Cisco conferencing systems is a plus
Trilingual if possible, if not at least French and English
Motivated and quick learner

Education:
bachelor or science in IT technology or by experience
General IT networking
TCP/IP, IP networking and Routing
Collaborative, team player customer-focused
