Identify process defects in trucking linehaul, eHub sorting center and gateway operations, to allow a good base of process improvement; -Record and reports issue during WBR/MBT/QBR, able to understand the logístical process to do deep dive and push operations team for root cause analysis, improving plan; -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required -Supporting of other operations excellence project -Create and Maintain QC SOP based on operation process -Supporting on transportation procurement and CP sourcing, define awarding criteria- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years' in logistics field Prior experience with line haul opeations, familiar with EU Air/Ocean freight and sorting centre operations is a plus Ability to solve problems in a demanding and fastpaced environment Experience in KPI management, with knowhow in continuous improvement is a plus Strong organizational skills, Outstanding collaboration and communication skills willing to get hands dirty Skills in SQL is a plus Fluent in English, Mandarin and any other EU language is a plus
