- Drive process improvements using Power BI reports, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate.
- Actively contribute to enhancing business processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating compelling visualizations and analytics.
- Proven experience in BI and data analysis
- Expertise in performing critical data assessments for evaluating data quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Expertise in SQL querying, including the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Good understanding of statistical thinking, including awareness of biases, pitfalls, and appropriate aggregations.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools and analysis techniques for handling and processing large volumes of data.
- Experience with (Azure) DataBricks for scalable and collaborative data analytics and processing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
