We are currently looking for a:

IT Site Services Manager (M/F/x)

This position will have management accountability for the delivery of Infrastructure Services and Application Development and Support services, from the IT Technology Services Team to the Beerse Site.

We are looking for someone who wants to provide to our business and end user community, IT Solutions and Services that will enhance the manufacturing of our critical products at our Beerse manufacturing plant.

Main Tasks:

Be accountable for all aspects of delivery of IT Technology Services to the site, including, Application and Infrastructure projects,
IT Systems Operational reliability, and Service Delivery for Base business and end user programs.
Ensure Endtoend IT risk management at the site including lifecycle management, information security, and GxP.
Manage the support and delivery teams to maximize value.

Qualifications:

Experience in supporting Supply Chain/Manufacturing sites and associated systems such as MES.
Experience in GxP systems, Computer System Validation preferred.
Experience in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges.
Experience in managing a team of IT specialists.

You Are:

A very good communicator, able to adapt communication depending on the customer, with End Users, IT technical experts or business executives
Fluent in Dutch and in English
Able to move naturally issues or problems to solutions with business value
A Technologist who can span multiple technology solutions, and who can provide innovative ways of problem solving
Able to understand the big picture with good analysis skills to translate data reports into improvement activities
A very good team leader, with good listening skills and who can develop people
