Job Description

As team leader, your main goal is to motivate people - customers and colleagues - in an active way, with opportunities for growth and challenges in terms of people, planet, and profit. Expect each day to bring new and different tasks.

You will support a team of athletic and passionate colleagues in your own unique way. You will also have full responsibility for your sports department. You will manage your own section of the store, share your passion with customers, and provide them with the right advice and products.

You will make thoughtful, strategic decisions, set collective targets, and work towards achieving them. You will not hesitate to make decisions for both the short and long term, always considering the opinions of your customers and colleagues. You will also ensure an attractive department, effective stock management, and strong recruitment strategies.

You will be a point of contact, a stable presence. You will listen to your colleagues and customers, promoting transparent communication. As a team leader, you will stand alongside your team to achieve the best results together.

After your initial integration period, you can progress to become a coach, assisting your colleagues in reaching their professional and personal goals. You can also become an expert in specific areas by participating in training and projects, sharing your knowledge with your team members.

As a team leader | future store leader, you will share responsibility for the operations of your store from day one. As you develop, you may take on more responsibilities within your store, region, or even internationally.
