Our client is a major flour producer in Belgium, specialised in wheat (tarwe) milling.

They create added value for their customers through strategic and sustainable procurement of wheat, expertise in various milling techniques, professional support in terms of innovation towards better and more unique products.

About the job:

You are commercially responsible for your customers, who mainly come from the bakery and biscuit sectors: you share market information, calculate and negotiate prices, conclude sales agreements.
You ensure optimal cooperation between the various internal stakeholders (Customer Service, purchasing, production, R&D, QA).
Supporting the Commercial Manager, you analyse the market and help determine the market strategy and budgets for your product and customer portfolio.

For this role, you will mainly work from the head office in regio Antwerpen, with occasional travel within Belgium-Netherlands. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

You ideally have a Master degree.
You have a first sales experience preferably in the food industry.
You are entrepreneurial, responsible, eager to learn and passionate about achieving results.
You have strong presentation and communication skills in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset.
