Exciting Opportunity for IT Support in a Leading International Medical Company

We're on the lookout for a talented
IT Support professional to elevate our technological capabilities.

Role Overview:


As an integral part of our team, you'll be the backbone of IT support, catering to both internal and external customers while collaborating seamlessly with third-party service providers.

Your responsibilities will span from installing and configuring systems to providing expert-level support, ensuring a seamless IT landscape.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the goto expert for IT knowledge and support for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing in pretendering and tendering processes for ITrelated products.
  • Coordinate technical installations and implementations, including training and testing phases.
  • Conduct technical IT commissioning at customer sites.

Het profiel:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, proactiveness, analytical mindset, and customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must, and familiarity with SAP and Sales Force is a definite advantage.
  • Experience with NEN, ISO, and personal safety equipment.
  • Proficiency in user hardware and software support.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
  • Genuine interest in the medical sector.
