Your responsibilities as Presales Coordinator Unified Communication & Collaboration and Fixed Voice Connectivity:

As Presales Coordinator, in collaboration with our sales team, you analyze the needs of customers in the field of Unified Communication & Collaboration and/or Fixed Voice Connectivity.

You will design the solution, work on profit and loss calculations and write offers. You will provide support to your Presales Specialist colleagues responding to complex quotations and RFPs. And you will assist in building quotations within running frame agreements.


In doing so, you will work closely with our Engineering and Operations (Delivery, Service & Care) Team, as well as various suppliers.

You will also provide input to product management for new or updated products.

And if you see opportunities for improvements in our sales process, we encourage you to point this out so we can work on it together.


The solutions you will be responsible for focus mainly on Unified Communication & Collaboration and/or Fixed Voice Connectivity with connections to various other solutions within Telenet B2B.

Depending on the need, your focus may differ solution wise.

Our ideal Presales Coordinator Fixed Connectivity:

  • Has knowledge of Unified Communication & Collaboration and/or Fixed Voice Connectivity, and from that knowledge can also provide support for solutions that build on this. You find it satisfying to share this knowledge with your (sales) colleagues.
  • You have a bachelor's degree and experience in a technical or commercial position. Presales experience is a big plus.
  • By nature you are customer focused and service oriented; this is essential for this position.
  • You are a team player at heart, with a clear communication style and an open approach to collaboration.
  • Even under time pressure or in the event of setbacks, you work calmly and purposefully. You master both the Dutch language in word and writing, and preferably also have knowledge of French and/or English. This allows you to communicate easily with colleagues, suppliers, partners and customers.
