As
IT Junior Analyst, your responsibilities will be to:


Data Mapping and Transformation:


  • Define data mapping rules and transformation logic for efficient integration of data from diverse sources.
  • Clean, enrich, and harmonize data to ensure optimal quality and usability.

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load):


  • Build and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses or databases.

Data Quality Assurance:


  • Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to identify and rectify issues during integration.

Data Pipeline Development:


  • Create and manage automated data pipelines for seamless movement and transformation of data.

API Integration:


  • Integrate data from external sources and thirdparty APIs, ensuring data consistency and managing connections.

Data Monitoring and Troubleshooting:


  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems to identify and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Act as level 2 support for integrationrelated client queries.

Documentation:


  • Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide integrated data solutions.

Security and Compliance:


  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, especially when handling sensitive or regulated data.

Performance Tuning:


  • Continuously monitor and optimize data integration processes for efficiency and resource optimization.

Stay Informed:


  • Keep up to date with emerging data integration technologies and best practices to ensure our processes remain current and efficient.

Profile

As
Junior IT Analyst, you have:

  • A bachelor or master degree in IT or related field.
  • Very good command in French/Dutch and English.
  • Good knowledge and experience in CSV, XML, EDIFACT or any other industrystandard document formats for business operations.
  • Poweruser level knowledge in Linux, Windows.
  • Scripting languages skills (Bash, Groovy, PowerShell).
  • Knowledge in Transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2).
  • An ability to versioning in Git.
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

And you also are:


  • Able to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
  • Details oriented to ensure accuracy in data processing.
  • A good problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot EDI issues

Collaboration:
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of basic SQL database concepts and its management.
