- Représentez le département Validation sur les différents projets
- Concevez et mettez en œuvre la meilleure stratégie de Validation ;
- Coordonnez la planification du projet avec toutes les parties prenantes (production / AQ / maintenance)
- Participez à l'évaluation des risques à travers la rédaction d'un « Risk assessment »
- Contribuez à la définition et à la rédaction des Functional Specifications (FS) et Design Specifications (DS)
- Rédigez les protocoles, coordonnez et assurez le bon déroulement des tests (URS / FAT / SAT / IQ / OQ / PQ)
- Analysez et interprétez les résultats pour rédiger les rapports qui en découlent
- Développez des formations et coachez les opérateurs sur le terrain
- Assurez la gestion des déviations liées aux runs de validation ainsi que la mise en place des CAPA associées.
- Un diplôme en Ingénierie, un Master en Bio-Ingénierie, Pharmacie Industrielle ou domaines connexes ;
- Curieux(se) d'en apprendre plus sur les équipements de production et/ou procédés de fabrication ;
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) dans la rédaction de vos documents BPF (GMP) ;
- Communicatif(ve) et appréciez les interactions avec les différents départements tels que : la Production / l'Assurance Qualité / la Maintenance.
