In our mission to guide our customers to becoming Data Masters, we are looking for Insights & Data Engagement/Program managers who will be shaping the platforms of tomorrow.

Your role

You deliver data projects to our customers in a wide range of sectors, primarily focused on implementation of data platforms, business intelligence, master data management.
As Engagement/program manager you manage the scope, timing, and planning of multidisciplinary projects, and take responsibility in optimizing the customer satisfaction and profitability of the engagement
You lead Belgian and international teams, and collaborate with project/program architects who take responsibility on the technical solution.
In role of program manager you oversee multiple projects and their delivery team to ensure successful delivery of programs in your scope
You Build sustainable relationships with clients at middletop and top management level, utilizing these for successful client delivery and in seeking out further business opportunities for Capgemini revenue
In the presales phase you collaborate with architects and technology experts to shape the project approach, timing and planning into a winning proposal.

Your skills

You master industry standard project/program management methodologies and have applied them in several complex projects in the data space
You have taken the lead in major pursuits resulting in new or additional business
Recognized both internally and by clients for providing effective relationship and commercial management in complex delivery and sales environments
Capable of developing and delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and sales phases
Proven ability to architect innovative solutions which delivers value to clients whilst managing internal risk
Able to lead and guide clients into thinking about the overall business change and deployment agenda
Empathic and intercultural leadership allowing to steer and motivate teams in delivering stateoftheart solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in English and French or Dutch
