Job Summary
Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices Negotiate payment plans and suitable repayment dates Resolve billing issues customer disputes complaints Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on disputes Maintain update credit collection records reports Analyze customer financial status to assess credit risk Work with sales teams on non-paying customers review processes Prepare regular reports on unpaid accounts repayment progress Promote credit management awareness ensure efficient processes
