For a client in the utilities sector, we are looking for a Director that will drives departmental strategies aligned with a global vision, fostering excellence, prioritizing development, and ensuring value creation, directly impacting organizational performance.

TASKS:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Define departmental strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
Contribute insights to overarching strategy through analysis and improvement initiatives.
Manage departmental budget and drive service excellence.
Lead, mentor, and nurture staff towards continuous improvement.
Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration and alignment.

Minimal Requirements:

Master's degree or PhD with 12+ years of experience.
Preferably possess experience in a flexible/agile environment.
Experience in the utilities sector
