Your team The Pictet Group is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers. Founded in 1805 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the Group is represented at 30 offices in financial centres worldwide, and currently employs over 5200 people. Pictet has been present since 1989 in Luxembourg, where it employs over 700 people. Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. You will join the IT Production - LUX's team .Your role

• Supervise and control the availability of the production environment and control the production backups;
• Monitor the smooth running of batch processing of production and test environments;
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support, and contribute to resolving incidents and problems;
• Inform the business lines of any deterioration and/or interruption of services;
• Coordinate the provision of test environments within the given timeframe;
• Write and update operating documentation and takeover instructions;
• Contribute in maintaining and optimizing internal system management processes, within a framework based on ITIL, with a service management tool.
• On-site shifts between 5 and 7 ; (with 24/7 on-call rotation)

Your profile

• A degree in Computer Science (at least 2 years in higher education), with previous experience in a similar position ;
• Very good knowledge of Unix and Windows environment and Scheduling tools (Control-m ideally) ;
• Team Spirit and Strong client service orientation.
