- Provide valuable feedback to design and lead smart standardization deployment.
- Define equipment standards to optimize operations.
- Lead change management and validation processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and build the capability of process failures technical troubleshooting.
- Lead process benchmarking and reapplication efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
- You hold a degree in civil, industrial or bio-engineering.
- You have a very good command of both Dutch and English.
- You are proficient in PC skills - you can easily work with MS Office and SharePoint, and quickly learn internal applications.
- You have a good understanding of reliability concepts such as OEE, BD, OEE loss tree, etc.
- You have a good understanding of analytical and troubleshooting concepts such as Checklists, Lean, BPS, YY, BDA, DMAIC.
- You enjoy acting as a coach on the work floor you will be spending 80% of your time on the floor- and you like to elevate the skills of technicians to a higher level.
