• Collect, integrate, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and relationships relevant to business objectives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a comprehensible and convincing manner.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and respond to stakeholder questions.
• Evaluate and improve data quality through data cleaning, normalization, and standardization.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
• Apply project management skills to manage IT projects, including defining scope, developing project plans, and monitoring progress.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Resolve technical issues and provide user support in the field of computer systems.
• Collaborate with different teams within the organization to understand data needs and develop solutions that add value.
• Provide training and support to end users to help them effectively use data analysis and computer systems.
• You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• You have experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
• You have experience with software packages such as ERP systems, Microsoft 365, etc.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• You are a team player and can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
