Function:

For our site at TML Evergem, we are looking for a front desk clerk:

Welcoming truck drivers and taking care of their registration in the computer system, including the preparation of necessary documents.
Entering letters, tables, etc., according to the instructions given.
Close contact with teamleaders to follow up on the shipments.
Making logístical flow of documents in order.
Handling incoming and outgoing phones.

What do we expect from you... _
Experience in transport and logistics is always a plus
Good knowledge of Dutch and English. German and/or French is a plus, additional languages are an asset
You can oversee several things at once and know how to prioritize
You want to work 2 shifts
