Vous accordez une grande attention à travailler de manière structurée sur un futureproof paysage architectural qui évolue constamment pour améliorer, entre autres, decision frameworks, la réutilisabilité, la performance, la sécurité, les standards, les méthodologies et introductions de nouvelles technologies.
Sur la base de l'Architecture d'Entreprise, de votre expérience et de vos vastes connaissances techniques, vous pouvez proposer des solutions efficaces de manière ciblée. Vous encadrez des équipes agiles et savez communiquer clairement pour qu'elles comprennent l'architecture et l'appliquent correctement.
Ceci signifie:
·Vous co-concevez l'Architecture d'Entreprise et veillez à sa bonne application au sein des équipes agiles afin d'en assurer la cohérence.
·Vous êtes conjointement responsable de l'architecture au sein du bureau d'architecture, où vous prenez en charge la définition, la rédaction et le respect des normes, principes et directives d'architecture.
·Vous êtes responsable du transfert de connaissances (par exemple en organisant des ateliers internes) et de vos informations aux autres membres de l'équipe et au reste de l'organisation. La diffusion de la valeur de l'architecture y est aussi un élément très important.
·Vous maintenez des contacts quotidiens avec d'autres architectes, des départements ICT internes et externes, des fournisseurs.
·Vous entretenez une bonne relation de travail avec les responsables d'une ou plusieurs business units au sein du Groupe CM et vous participez à l'élaboration de l'architecture To Be et des étapes de transition (évolution de l'architecture) pour ces unités.
·Vous développez une connaissance approfondie d'une ou plusieurs business units au sein du Groupe CM.
·Vous suivez de près un certain nombre d'équipes agiles, conseillez ces équipes agiles et veillez au respect du cadre architectural établi (normes, évolution vers la future architecture)
·Vous construisez un réseau qui vous permet de détecter et de suivre au plus près les évolutions technologiques de votre domaine.
·Vous participez à des séminaires sur les nouveaux produits et concepts pour rester à la hauteur des dernières tendances.
