We are looking for a Consultant to strengthen our Retail Leasing Agency team

What this job involves

Working as part of our Retail Leasing Agency team, you'll source and develop new business opportunities.

You'll be active on the Belgium market (focusing on Brussels, Antwerp and shopping centers) on all retail fields including high streets, shopping centres, halls and horeca.

In this job, you'll target potential occupiers and organize active prospection campaigns.

As a Consultant you'll cover the following parts:
Property viewings and meetings with clients
Help in updating and feeding both CRM Tool and our database
Managing a portfolio of retail units
Managing a portfolio of demands
Negotiating financial leasing terms with both international and national clients

Desired skills and experience for this job

Already active in Retail real estate (retail expansion, landlord, broker), you hold a a degree in business, real estate, economics or finance and are looking for an exciting challenge to build up an expert retail real estate team at JLL.

You possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus.

You'll have fluent knowledge of both Dutch, English and French.

You have excellent organizational and time management skills.

This position will suit you if you like working in a busy, fast-paced environment, being able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

You have an entrepreneurial attitude and an appetite to develop your understanding of the retail industry.

You do not shy away from taking initiatives and thinking out of the box.

You are able to work independently but also to work collaboratively with the other members of our team and to give support when required.
