Responsabilités
- Définir et piloter la stratégie financière du groupe
- Accompagner l'actionnaire dans la prise de décisions stratégiques (investissements, croissance, allocation du capital)
- Établir les budgets et planning sur moyen et long terme avec l'actionnaire
- Réaliser les audits financiers des éventuels achats de sociétés
