The legal department is the largest department within our client. Here they receive the files of their insureds and try to resolve their dispute with them amicably. They do this by actively conducting negotiations themselves, organizing expert assessments or, if necessary, ordering a lawyer. They assist their insured with advice and assistance. That department is looking for a lawyer specialized in labor law.

Description

  • Analyze and manage legal files related to various areas of law ;
  • Provide legal advice to clients ;
  • Work out appropriate amicable settlements and follow up court proceedings ;
  • You are always ready to assist the broker and maintain contacts with experts and lawyers ;
  • Closely follow the legal current affairs.

Profile

  • You have obtained a Master's degree in law and have relevant work experience within claims management ;
  • Affinity with labor and social law is required;
  • You have a perfect command of Dutch and can express yourself easily in French;
  • Customer friendliness and service are obvious to you;
  • Enthusiastic, communicative and easygoing is how others describe you;
  • Deciding, taking initiative and working independently give you an energy boost;
  • You recognize your givers and takers of energy;
  • You help colleagues and value equality;
  • Your independent way of working does not prevent you from being grouporiented and flexible. You give and receive constructive feedback;
  • You do not need to be a specialist but know how to use computer apps efficiently.
